Melissa and Bill Kish were amazing to work with from start to finish. We got bids from over five companies, but none of them came close to the level of customer service we received with the Kish’s. Most companies were very “salesy” but Melissa and Bill were honest and kind from the beginning.
They even told us where we could save money elsewhere (they specifically said, “We can’t compete with replacing your front door, you’re better off to go somewhere else for that”). How may companies will be that honest with someone? Not many, that’s for sure. We communicated back and forth many times before committing to pursuing their company to install our windows, and every time we called or emailed, we received a response within minutes to just a few hours. Such amazing customer service!

Melissa and Bill were easy to work with and had fair pricing and none of a crazy sales tactics that I have run into with other window companies. I interviewed about 10 companies prior to selecting them and they clearly stood out as the best chance for me to get quality windows with a quality installation at a reasonable price. This turned out to be true. Their installers did a beautiful job installing the new windows and the associated wood work and framing with a clear attention to detail and quality. Their installers are clearly craftsman with pride in their workmanship. They exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do as I’m an extremely picky person. My wife and I are very pleased.
